Catella in Gothenburg divests landmark buildings Inom Vallgraven 8:1 and 8:20

The Gothenburg office has divested two properties on behalf of the local property company Cosmorama Nova AB - a consortium of private investors.

Total purchase sum amounts to EUR 16 million, with a yield of approximately 5.25 percent. The buyer is Fastighets AB Balder.

The two properties comprise 3,890 sq.m. of mainly retail and office premises, and are located in the very heart of Gothenburg's commercial centre, directly adjacent to popular shopping streets. Among the closest neighbors are the well visited shopping malls NK, Kompassen and Arkaden. The properties house in total 21 tenants, of which the four largest retail tenants generate 56 percent of the rental income. Lagerhaus, Swedish retailer within interior decorating, and Bolia, furniture dealer, are the two largest retail tenants.
