Capman disposes of Inflight Service, the leading Nordic Travel retail company

On 7 December, the Finnish company CapMan – a major Nordic venture capital company – announced the sale of Inflight Service, the leading Nordic retail company to another venture capital company, Triton. Catella Consumer acted as the exclusive financial advisor to the seller.

This is a landmark transaction for Catella Consumer for many reasons, especially as Inflight Service is:

• No 1 in the Nordic countries in the travel retail sector, i.e. a high quality company in a prioritized retail sector
  
• One of the largest "secondary" transactions that has been carried through in the Nordic during 2009, including all countries and branches.
