CorpNordic acquires Catella Sponsor's operations

CorpNordic Sweden AB and Catella Sponsor AB have signed an agreement to the effect that CorpNordic will acquire Catella's foundation administration activities - which are pursued by Catella Sponsor AB - through the purchase of the company's net assets. The transfer of operations is effective as of 1 January 2010.

Catella Sponsor covers the administrative requirements of foundations, companies and non-profit associations. Operations range from the establishment of organizations and ongoing administrative activities - such as bookkeeping, annual reports, tax returns and board reports - to allocations management and minutes keeping.
